Poor complaint solving. Sales person great. Manager a minus zero.

Bought $1200 at Aldila. One year Joseph jeans torn open at knees. Always same gracious salesperson. She explained, nothing can be done. Interim elderly manager did not approach us. She simply looked at me in a surly manner. I like Aldila but will no longer shop at south Surrey, Morgan. Several managers have left. Kindness, quality is expected.
