SHIPPING POLICY

We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in the United States on all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of $15.

We aim to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment.

We will contact you via email once your order has shipped with the tracking information.

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, etc.

We are unable to ship outside of North America at this time.

 

Duties & Taxes Policy

Customers are responsible to cover any additional duties and tax fees, if they should arise. 

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Aldila is not responsible if it is lost. If the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
